What exactly does The SNA do?
Through our 90 Day Coaching program we take you step by step through how to Create, Build & Grow a Business Online Using the Power of Social media. We keep you completely up to date with how to use the Social Media platforms (with a focus on Facebook) through all our training courses and provide the relevant software to make using the platforms easy!
How long am I contracted?
We have absolutely NO contracts, if you have joined on the monthly fee, then your account will be deducted each month and you can cancel at ANY time! If you have signed up for annual membership, it is a yearly subscription and you will receive full and ongoing access to The SNA until you choose to cancel your subscription which you can do at any time.
If The SNA is not what I'm looking for, how do I cancel?
Within the site there is a one click cancel button! You simply click on the button, leave your details and we'll handle the rest for you!
Where are my pages hosted?
All the pages you create using our software are hosted by us. For as long as you are a member of The SNA you will receive FREE hosting for all your pages.
If I have any questions or challenges along the way, what kind of support can I expect to receive?
Within the site there is a Private Members Only Discussion Forum. We are on there daily as are many members of the community. It's a very supportive environment where everyone helps each other. We also hold bi-weekly coaching webinars giving you the chance to have your questions answered live. We're also on our fan page daily offering support and there is also an email address members can use if they have anything private that needs addressing!
